Ingredients:
- 2 pie crusts
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 2-8 oz. cans mushrooms
- 2 med. onions
- 8 oz shredded cheese
- 1 C. whipped topping
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
Directions:
- Dice onions and peppers and saute, adding mushrooms
- Remove from flame and add whipped topping, eggs and salt
- Pour half of vegetable mixture into crust, adding 1/2 the grated cheese
- Pour remaining mixture, sprinkling cheese on top
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour
